1. General

All the present information, (written or visual) present on the site are of exclusive ownership of Palermo Group and they cannot be copied, printed or divulged to third if not with previous authorization.

All the tours and proposed activities are done by qualified staff.

The acceptance of the bookings are subordinate to the availability of the places.

The prices are definitive at the moment of confirmation. The booking will be invoiced for the amount confirmed on explicit application of the client, which hocks to contextually furnish all the anticipated fiscal data according to the force legislation.

In the case of increases superior to the 10% of the single cost or in case of new taxes imposition, the rates will be adjourned and communication will be given to the client.

The published prices don’t include lunches and all that is not expressly specified in the voice included.

Any claim from the client must be communicated to the organizer by electronic mail to the address info@palermogroup.it within and not over 10 working days from the date of the tour.

The organization does not respond for damages caused from third or owing to force majeure and is not responsible of the loss of values, luggage or objects happened during the tours or transfers.

At the end of any service provided, our staff is allowed to verify if any damages have be done.

In case of any damage for which the client is responsible, our staff will appraise the gravity of the damage and will economically quantify it.

2. Cancellation policy & Refunds

All the cancellations of booking by a client must be communicated by electronic mail to the address info@palermogroup.it. Refunds and penalties will be provided according to the following formalities:

the cancellations of the bookings to reserved services from catalog reached to the organization within the 10° preceding day to the reservation will be completely refund to the client without any penalty.

if the cancellation is communicated between 9° and 3°days before the departure will be a 50% refund.

Cancellation that will be communicated less than 3 days before the departure won’t be totally refund.

In particular: if the client has provided the 30% of the entire amount of the booking, the client will have to pay a supplement of the 20% of the total.

If the payment has been done entirely, the client will be refunded for 50% of the total amount.

There won’t be provided any reimbursement to the client that does not show up to the departure on the established schedule; equally there won’t be reimbursement to the client that doesn’t use the whole service.

If the organization has to annul the reserved service for any reason, the client has the right to the refund of the paid amount.

In some cases, Palermo Group may cancel a tour due to weather or other circumstances. If Palermo Group cancels the reservation, or does not deliver it as promised, you may choose among a rescheduling of the tour, a full refund of the paid amount or a credit for an alternative service. If the customer chooses to accept a credit, the difference of cost between the first choice and the new solution (in case there is one) will be paid by the customer.

No refunds will be given for unused part of the service.
