General Information & Conditions

Ownership and Use of Information

  • All written and visual information on the site is the exclusive property of Palermo Group.
  • This information cannot be copied, printed, or disclosed to third parties without prior authorization.

Tours and Activities

  • All tours and proposed activities are conducted by qualified staff.

Bookings

  • Acceptance of bookings is subject to the availability of places.
  • Prices are definitive at the moment of confirmation.
  • The booking will be invoiced for the confirmed amount upon the explicit request of the client, who must provide all required fiscal data in accordance with current legislation.
  • In the case of price increases exceeding 10% of the single cost or the imposition of new taxes, the rates will be updated, and the client will be informed.
  • Published prices do not include lunches or anything not expressly specified in the “included” section.

Claims

  • Any claims from the client must be communicated to the organizer by email at info@palermogroup.it within 10 working days from the date of the tour.

Responsibility

  • The organization is not responsible for damages caused by third parties or due to force majeure.
  • The organization is not responsible for the loss of valuables, luggage, or objects during the tours or trips.

Damage Assessment

  • At the end of any service provided, our staff is allowed to check for any damages.
  • In case of any damage for which the client is responsible, our staff will assess the severity of the damage and quantify it economically.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Client Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be communicated by email to info@palermogroup.it.
  • Cancellations received at least 10 days before the reservation date will be fully refunded without any penalty.
  • If the cancellation is communicated between 9 and 3 days before departure, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations communicated less than 3 days before departure will not be refunded.
  • If the client has paid 30% of the total booking amount, they will have to pay an additional 20% of the total.
  • If the payment has been made in full, the client will be refunded 50% of the total amount.
  • No reimbursement will be provided to clients who do not show up at the scheduled departure time, nor will any reimbursement be given to clients who do not use the entire service.

Organization Cancellations

  • If the organization has to cancel the reserved service for any reason, the client is entitled to a refund of the paid amount.
  • In some cases, Palermo Group may cancel a tour due to weather or other circumstances. If Palermo Group cancels the reservation or does not deliver as promised, the client may choose between rescheduling the tour, a full refund of the paid amount, or a credit for an alternative service.
  • If the customer chooses to accept a credit, any difference in cost between the initial choice and the new solution will be paid by the customer.
  • No refunds will be given for unused parts of the service.
